Presentation Form
Both Oral and Poster presentations are acceptable.
1) Write the abstract text within 250 English words.

our homepage and send it to jamji19-endai@kdu.ac.jp by e-mail.
:the abstract
of the research report should consist of Objective, Methods, Results, and Conclusion,
and the abstract of the case reports should consist of Objective, Case, Results, and
Conclusion. If these items are not clear, the subjects may not be accepted.
2) Authors’ name, the name of the organization you belong to, the abstract title, your e-mail
address, and the type of presentation ( Oral or Poster) should be indicated.
3) To spell your name, use all capitals for your surname and use capital only for the first
letter
of your given name. (Ex. IWABUCHI Hiroshi).
4) Acceptance/Rejection result: We will send the result to the e-mail address you entered at
the time of subject registration. Regarding acceptance or rejection, please leave it up to
the program committee.
5) In case of poster presentation, the poster size should be limited to 90 cm x 180cm
